
Fulfillment Information
All of our products are made to order to prevent overproduction. Because of this, there are no returns or exchanges if the wrong product is ordered by the customer.
Orders may be changed or canceled if the product has not yet been manufactured. To address this, please contact us via email or Instagram DM.
If an item is damaged within 30 days of ordering, please provide photo proof, and we will send a replacement product.
Astor is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or for packages shipped to the wrong address. If your package is lost or missing, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. If the tracking number indicates the item was delivered, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier to help locate your package, as it may have been misplaced or stolen.
No refunds or exchanges are provided if the customer supplies an incorrect address.
